v1.3 Avaliable

Hi everyone, I have just posted up the link for v1.3 fully compatible with the new data pack :)

It has everything you had before plus the Bundesliga & Championship. Player apperance will be updated in future updates, but they will update even after you have started a ML or BAL.

Because of the problems over the last few days I have included all 422 files, so when you add it to your PS3 give it a chance to load up all the files before copying them & say yes when asked to overwrite. If you start the game & nothing appears to have changed delete all save data except for your system data & save games & copy it again. Also make sure you add Data Pack 2.00 before adding this.

I want to know if I have made any errors such as missing transfers, one I know is not done is Boruc to Southampton as their squad is full. The only other thing I know is wrong is I didnt have chance to re-add the BATE players, but I have changed all their nationalities & will get them in the next update. It shouldn't make too much difference as most of their stats were similar to the default players.

I'm just going out again for a bit to pick up some food for my wife & her friends who are on their 24hour walk, but I will check back later to answer any questions.

    Ive just put your new option file on my ps3 and ive got them all now and i went to play a championship game and only cardiff city has a badge.. The rest have npower championship logo.

      It's because of the emblem limit, there is info in the FAQ's page on how you can switch either the Portuguese or German Emblems for the Championship ones :)

      Hi yesterday I installed your temp fix file which worked ok with data pack 2.The only thing I had to do was set squads as default apart from Championship & German leauge.This appears to work fine, great work.My question is if use the new file will players like Owen & Fletcher for Sunderland still be there, as I assume Konami have created these players.Once installed will I need to default squads again or will your new file correct everything.

      You just need to install it, all the changes made by Konami are there & I have fixed up the Bundesliga & Championship squads that were messsed up by the dlc

    why paul only includes cardif city?
    Because .... in game pes 2013 available quota emblem .... you should get rid of some team logo to replace the logo .... I own championship league sacrificing portugal ... cuz I do not play it

    Paul, i find that v1.3 has all the same file as your fix file.. So, can i just copy the edit data instead of copying all the files again?

      Start the game & goto information then select download data pack & say yes when asked to save. You need your PS3 to be connected to the internet to do this. Then exit the game & copy my editdata file to your PS3 again.

      Glad you git it working. There are only 51 emblem slots so not all teams can have one. There is a guide in the FAQ's page on how you can switch the Portuguese or German teams emblems for the championship ones

    Just to clarify, do I download the new DLC from Konami first before transerring your OF? Also I would like all the NPower logo's are these all on the file or are they a seperate download? Thanks, Ian

      Yeah get the dlc 1st, the Championship logos are a seperate download, you can get them from the download links page then there is info on the FAQ page on how to add them

    It doesn't work here i copied all the files like in your video on your blog but i don't see changes in the game :(
    Could you help me please?

    With the standard DLC i used the winning eleven of and that worked fine.
    Now i deleted all that and yours doesn't work :(

    Tried to install this on a BLES1408 as I thought you could use any BLES option file this year but doesn't seem to work. Is it BLES1407 only

      hi mate, the national teams should hv the correct kits. ensure that u wait for all the files(422 of them) to load from your thumbdrive before u copy over to your ps3.

    YES!!!!

    I got it working finally , still unsure what it was that I was doing wrong.
    I was the one who was asking whether not being able to open the PFD files etc was important,

    I sownloaded your file onto a pendrive and put it in the PS3,However it says Corrupted data. I have installed data pack 2 and have downloaded the DLC, help??

      hi mate, ensure that your pendrive is formatted to fat32. then, copy the option file into a folder labelled PS3, followed by SAVEDATA. plug your pendrive in your ps3 & make sure all the data is loaded before copying them.

    hey bro, this option file is for pes 2013. the bles codes u mentioned are from pes 2012, hence this OF wont work. pes 2013 codes are bles 01708, 01709 etc fyi.

    V1.3 didn't work?
    I deleted all previous version off, in fact I deleted everything to make sure. I deleted both data packs, the started the game up fresh, downloaded the data packs, did the transfers thing it tells me via edit mode to sort out the transfers, loaded up all your V1.3 files and nothing has worked!

    I am currently deleting them and awaiting your advice, I'm not supposed to put on all versions one at a time am I?

    I was under the impression that the latest file was a complete package?

    I waited for it to load like you advised as well.

      When you start the game without my file, and it asks to save the edit data say yes, then exit a overwrite the editdata folder with my editdata.

      & yeah you only need v1.3

    Paul, Thank you for your work... But are you sure taht we really need your user data file? It only makes mess during copying all files. I think I lost my Master League data because of that. I played BVB before and now instead of it I am manager of Fortuna Duseldorf... :(((((((

      Yeah mate without my editdata the file will not work.

      It's best to start your ml again as otherwise all the changes I have made to the championship & everything that was added by the dlc wont be reflected in your ml

    I haven't used these kind of updates for a few years now or played PES properly since then. Just bought a copy of it and really excited.

    Please can someone outline a step by step process, what I have to do on my PS3 to install all of Paul's updates including the latest one and how I will be able to install further updates, which become active in a ML game etc

    Great option file! In terms of transfers: Jermaine Jenas is now on loan at Nottingham Forest from Spurs and Xisco and Ranger have disappeared from the Newcastle squad since the new Konami update.

      As a minimum you need data pack v1.00 so i guess not. The only way you will get the OF to work is by removing all the jailbrake stuff & using a normal retail copy of the game sorry

    This year PES is not good as it was in previous version

    1. No maximum funds.
    2. No probability of signing the player we want (Last year extra
    content)
    3. Now you have to earn boots in ML
    4. Many kits are not as real as real life teams like for eg: Barcelona, Benifica, Porto etc.
    5. No offline community.
    6. No league/cup excluding ML.
    7. Many faces and stats are incomplete for eg: Ibrahimavic, Oscar, Javi Gracia, Kaka, Ganso, Kevin Prince Boateng, Stephan ElShaarawy etc.
    8. Late datapacks after commitment.
    9. Still no Online Laegue.

    CONCLUSION = KONAMI are joaking or they really need Treatement.

      It's a shame that they have removed some game modes, but when playing actual matches the game this year is the best football game I have ever played in my opinion & I have been playing PES/ISS since the original ISS on the SNES & football games in since the mid 80's.

      Everyone is entitled to their opinion though & you always have the option of going back to PES 2012 if you prefer it.

    Hi Paul,
    just two things:

    1. I think that a section for technical help seperate to the main page would be good for us veterans who are wanting to communicate with you or each other.

    2. A problem I have been having with the update (V1.2 - about to update to new files shortly) Etihad stadium doesn't have any add boards, instead it has a symbol like a missing file... not sure if its my fault!??

      Hi mate, try to install ver 1.3 as it contains all the files from the previous versions. Ensure that all the files are loaded (422 of them) before you start copying them.

      Yes mate, that is the best available design. It looks weird on long sleeves becos pes 2013 uses a different design template as compared to pes 2012.

      It's because the Championship will be the 2nd division for whatever league you chose to play ML. There is no fix for this sorry mate

    Hi Paul, i got it working. Not sure why it didn't work the 1st time. But I put everything on again after waiting for the light to stop flashing on the usb stick and it worked... Maybe I didn't leave it long enough for the edit filestore be included because this time it asked me if I wanted to overwrite it like you said and I said yes, but last time it didn't ask me.

    Looking forward to finally starting offline ML now, but nice am addicted to MLO at the moment as I'm finally starting to draw and win some games as I have some ok players now, plus since this new 1.01 update the match making in MLO is loads better.
    Before I was getting hammered by cheats with Ronaldo, Messi, tevez super teams against my default players.. Wasn't fun at all.

    I've got the new Data Pack from Konami and after I installed it everything that I'd got from you was still there and worked fine (full PL, full Portuguese League, full Bundesliga except six teams with fake player names, incomplete Championship w/18 teams and fake PES names, though some real players in some of the clubs, BATE Borisov w/logo but fake names). Everything was still there and I got no error messages.

    After I installed the new data pack from Konami, I downloaded your latest version (1.3) so that I could start BAL or ML with complete Chamionship and Bundesliga, but when I copy it over to my game no changes are being registered. No errors or anything, just nothing new. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

    I've had no problems with any of the other stuff
    I've gotten from you earlier.

    Hey, Paul. Just one question, mate. I hope you don't mind me asking. The EPL kits look great on the front, but on the back, they don't have the EPL lion logo inside the numbers. Is it just me? or did you make 'em that way? I can understand if you left it that way intentionally and hope you aren't offended. :P

    Of course I don't mind mate all feedback is good.

    Unfortunately on PS3 you can only chose from the avaliable options when it comes to numbers & can't add things like the correct PL numbers. Hopefully it will be something we can do in the future, but I doubt it due to licensing

      Hi James, take a look at the FAQ page, its the 3rd one at the top of the page. If you scroll down a bit you will see some pictures showing where to go to get the data pack, do this 1st, then at the top of the page there is a guide & video on how to add my OF.

    So first thing I'm trying to do is download the Konami Update and when I enter information it attempts to sign me in to the Playstation Network and I get the message:

    "You must select [Playstation Network] > [Sign In] and sign in to continue using Playstation Network.

    If a game or other software is running, quit the software and then perform this operation.

    Yes, but when I do a connection test, the first two tests are successful, which includes internet connection and then the third test "Playstation Network" fails. Is this a problem with Playstation? Should I ring them up?
