Stadiums

Here's the 3rd part to my trilogy of posts today, don't forget to read the others.

In between getting the Bundesliga complete for Friday's subscriber update I have been thinking about the stadiums to include. I asked about this a month or so ago & most responses were all PL stadiums, but I think thats a bit boring, here's a list of stadiums that I have found good builds for that interest me

* Villa Park (Aston Villa)
* Anfield (Liverpool)
* Stamford Bridge (Chelsea) already in
* Sports Direct Arena (Newcastle)
* Goodison Park (Everton)
* Etihad Stadium (Man City) already in
* Emirates Stadium (Arsenal) in v1.3
* White Hart Lane (Spurs)
* Upton Park (West Ham)
* Imtech Arena (Hamburg) already in
* Signal Iduna Park (Dortmund) already in
* Olympic Stadium (AEK Athens)
* Karaiskakis Stadium (Olympiakos)
* Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris (Genoa/Sampdoria)
* De Kuip (Feyenoord)
* Philips Stadion (PSV)
* Estadio AXA (Braga) in v1.3
* Inonu-Stadion (Beskitas)
* Turk Telecom Arena (Galatasaray)
* Surku-Saracoglu Stadion (Fenerbache)
* Parc de Prince (PSG)

Others that interest me are Craven Cottage (Fulham) & Amsterdam Arena (Ajax), but I havent found anything decent yet. This is not a final list as I dont think we need 2 stadiums from Turkey or 2 from Greece.

What do you all think? Suggestions are welcome, but I can't guarantee anything ;)

    First of all great work and thank you!

    I'd say Craven Cottage is a must, just for its unique looks... Just as the Amsterdam Arena for its popularity.
    In Germany, maybe the Veltins Arena (Schalke) would be interesting, as it is one of the biggest and Schalke is in the game as well...

    I think you're right, 2 stadiums from Turkey and Greece should be enough.

    I personally prefer the Premier League, so the more stadiums we get from there, the better. But seriously, you're doing a great job already.

      Craven Cottage is one I really want, but all the versions I have seen just don't seem to capture it. With Amsterdam I keep looking but I just think it will be almost impossible to re-create in PES :( Veltins is a great shout, thanks for the feedback

    I just wanted to say that it would be nice if you include at least 4 stadiums from Poland. I mean those ones which were used during Euro 2012.

      What should we do with 4 random stadiums from Poland..? That doesn't make sense.

      This is my main concern with them, as apart from asigning one to the Polish NT the others will only be of use in Exhibition mode

    I'd be so appreciative if you could do the Sports Direct Arena, although as a Newcastle fan it'll always be St James' Park to me! ;)

    I'd like to see Stade Lille and Stadio Renato Dall'Ara (Bologna) and as a Red Anfield naturally gets my vote. Is Celtic Park in the game?

    Hey Paul, first wanna say thanks for the great work, as for the stadiums I agree with you that all Prem. Stad. would be a bit boring, so heres my top you should consider to edit.

    1. Amsterdam Arena
    2.Veltins Arena (S04)
    3. Estadio do Maracana (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)(will host World Cup final 2014)
    4.Beijing National Stadium
    5.Estadio Azteca (Mexico)
    6.Atatürk Olympic Stadium
    7.Olympiastadion (Berlin)
    8.Luzhniki Stadium (Moscow)

      Thanks for the suggestions mate. Is the Maracana not in the game this year? I'm sure it was last year.

      As for the others not previously mentioned Beijing I would say most likely not as the only team its of use for is the Chinese NT, Azteca maybe, Ataturk no as Istanbul BB aren't in the game, same goes for Olympiastadion as Hertha were relegated (although I had it in last year & really liked it), Luzhniki will be a definite if I can find a good build as it's used by 2 IG clubs.

    First of all good job!!

    I just want to answer your question whether 2 stadiums from Turkey was enough. I personally think you need to make more, like 5 in total or something; TT Arena (Galatasaray), Inonu (Besiktas), Sukru Saracoglu (Fenerbahce), Avni Aker (Trabzonspor), and finally the Ataturk Olympic Stadium.

    The reason for this is that MILLIONS of Turkish people (including Turkish people who live in European countries) play and prefer PES. I assure you that it will be valued and appreciated more than you can imagine!

    PS: dont forget to make them for the EU BLES versions please. (I for myself, have the 1709).

      Cheers mate. I think 5 Turkish stadiums is too many as there are only 3 Turkish teams in the game so the other stadiums would only be of use in exhibition mode. If there was no limit on the number of stadiums I would add more, but its hard when you are limited to 20.

      If you had to pick 2, which would you pick?

    Your are doing a great job mate. Really love your work!

    I whould like to have Amsterdam Arena but its like almost impossible to re-create but i think you can make a look-a-like. Also i liked to have like 1 english stadium that is for teams who doesnt have a stadium. Like for wigan,west ham,Qpr, reading,norwich such as a standard stadium.

      Glad you like it :) Yeah I think that is going to be the problem with the Amsterdam Arena. Last year I made 2 default stadiums for English teams, but this year I will just pick the closest IG stadium, but add the real stadium name

      Hi Paul, it seemed to be called Parkhead for years but more recently it has been referred to as Celtic Park.
