Hi guys, I have been away over the weekend, so sorry for the slow replies to your questions. This also means I'm only just starting to look at the work Erik has sent me for the J-League and I know he had a few issues regarding space for kits I need to fix. I will know later tonight how much work I need to do and will update this post as I go.
Due to the number of kits some teams may lose their 3rd kits to make space for the J-League kits as well as the kits I need to add for the promoted teams. As Erik has finished quicker than I expected I probably won't have completed all the players for the promoted teams for the release of v3.0, but hopefully I will be pretty close.
There will be other things included such as more new kits and lots more transfers as well. As I said this post will be updated through tonight as I add Erik's work and I will aim to release v3.0 on Tuesday or Wednesday.
*Update*
Just a quick update, I still have to fix a few more J-League kits so release will be delayed until tomorrow or Friday. Hopefully I will be done by tomorrow night, just depends on how long it takes to convert all the files once I'm done, but either way you will all have it for the weekend.

It's not extra J-League kits just making space for the home, away & gk kits. I've managed to do it by removing some 3rd kits from the Liga MX & uneccesary kits such as West Ham 3rd.

DeleteIn which update is mastour? sorry i play 2.8 because i was waiting for everything is done i saw some transfer was not done and i post3 or 4 times maby more of trasfer thats why i dont play 2.9 but if everything is fixed then i redownload it thx everybody for all the work and your patience !

Deleteunrelated question: Do you option files change gameplay at all (like passing speed, how fast a player can run with the ball, etc.) or does konami control updates to the gameplay through their data packs?

DeleteIt's best to do them individually mate so as not to cause issues, if you wait for the next update everything will be included in one download though ;)

I don't do it as you will still have the licensed teams appearing in ML/BAL, plus I don't have space for the kits, I'm already having to remove some 3rd/4th kits to make room for the J-League & promoted teams kits ;)

It will be out before the weekend, there are lots more transfers, but the main reason for it is the J-League.
