Some News

Hi guys, thought I would post to let you all know how v1.8 is progressing. But before that there is another new link for the BLAS v1.7 on the downloads page, please let me know if it is working.

After a busy weekend I started work on v1.8 on Monday, I got off to a great start, but the last few days have been nearly 40 degrees and it has slowed me down a bit. This is because I do 99% of my editing in my shed and the only cooling I have there is a small fan. However I have still managed to complete the players for 7 ISL teams with  about half the players done for 2 other teams. That leaves 9 more ISL teams plus the 5 teams from the other South American teams and Kelantan still to do. I will continue to work hard to get them all done over the next few days.

The bad news is I doubt there will be any more kits or faces in done in v1.8, I won't say definitely not, but it is highly unlikely. My main aim is to get the file ML/BAL ready which means players, kits and faces will update even after you start a ML/BAL so even though I would like them done they are less of a priority.

    Thank you for the update. Appreciate you doing this when the other websites for editing have advised us that they are all going for holiday. On my paycheck in jan, I would like to send you a small donation for you to invest in a bigger fan: +). Thanks again buddy for slogging on this.

    Hi Paul,

    i'm using your BLES Option File, but the weird thing is my master league saved data was gone after i use the 1.7 OF version, i started to new career and enable the auto save data, and then next thing in the morning i played the saved data was gone again, is there any error in your BLES Option File?

    and please can i request, some of everton players the boots(ex.disitin,barkley,coleman, baines..) and faces (ex.(Distin, Barkley,..) are not similar the real ones, could you do your magic tricks?

      Hi mate, not sure what is causing that mate, I would suggest using manual save & see if that fixes the problem.

      As I said before I'm not doing any more faces, boots, etc until I have finished the remaining teams/players, but I will add them to my to do list ;)

    1. I do some editing work myself and was wondering how to use pro evo editing studio. Can we work on your edited option file or should I use a clean option file? And... can that tool be used with dlc 2.0 or only 1?

    2. Where do you get the players' stats? Specifically the mexican players? I asked that because I feel mexican players are a little bit overrated.

      Hi mate, for the moment I wouldn't use Pro Evo Editing Studio as it defaults all the team names & doesn't update any player names you change. This is based on the latest version although it could be the multiconverter causing the issue.

      I convert stats from Football Manager or use stats from older PES games. The main thing with stats is not to judge a player based on the OVR rating, instead look at the individual stats. Also some players may have what seem like high stats, but they have low form meaning they will rarely play to their ability ;)

      You need to buy the game mate at the moment, although later versions of Pro Evo Editing Studio may have a converter & the database included.

      There is a new version of multiconverter. Unfortunately it doesn't fix the team names issue. I used the pro-evo editor and the only problems I found were the team names and that the fifa 14 converter sets the copied players nationalities to Uzbekistan.

      Try copying just the editdata from v1.7 again, if that doesn't fix it then you will need to copy every version order again mate.

    Hi~ BLAS 1.7 still not work, should i recovery to 1.6 first ? or just copy 1.7 and cover the previous one ?

    Paul i think your file is the best one around and the most complete yet. The thing that is annoying me is the stadiums update i think you should work on this (all teams playing in home Konami stadium) cause whenever i do an alteration myself it gets erased by your updates. I think you understand.KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!!!!!!

    Hi Paul, excelent OF, I like it very much. Here's a question:
    I use the BLUS v1.7 and I have a problem, when i try to add a new kit for a team in edit mode, the kit overwrites another. example: i added a fourth kit for arsenal, and it appears in too in the first kit of aston villa. how can i fix this? PS: Sorry for my bad english im latinamerican :P

      It is a bug in the game mate, if you use someone else's editdata you can't edit the kits

    I'm your fan since PES2012 thank you for keep updated.
    Now I face with big problem. I just buy PES 2014 (BLES 01930) but when I want to update data pack, I use the online pass from the game box but it said the pass is incorrect. What can I do please help otherwise I can' t not use your option file. Please help me to fix this problem, I don't know why konami have to make it so difficult to update data pack..

    hiya paul. first of all would like to thx u for ur wonderful
    OF files n have been following ur files since PES 2013. but right nw i facing some problems with ur files. i've downlaoded all of your files frm 1.0 to 1.7 and hav done exactly wot its been posted. but after all done n said, when i load the game i had issues wif the game stating that "cant load data from other user" n the edit data can't be loaded coz of corrupted files etc. wot u suggest for me to try? hav i gone wrong somewhere in between?? pls advice paul. btw, right now i've bought a copy of WE 2014 (BLAS) code. and i've downloaded from ur (BLAS) download section. thx in advance.

    Paul excuse me if I am asking too many questions but I really want to learn. My doubt now is the following: I tried to edit my option file in the pc. First, I decryted the data.bin file with bruteforce. Then, I converted to edit.bin with multiconverter. Finally, I tried to open the edit.bin file with PRO-EVO editing studio... However, I was not able to do it, instead I got this message "The file is corrupted or open"... Friend do you have any idea? What am I doing bad? Thanks a lot Paul.

      Before loading the edit.bin you need to encrypt the file in Pro Evo Editing Studio mate.

      I have checked them mate, the only file that is corrupt is the editdata file from v1.7. Which files are you getting a error with?

      Dear Paul,

      I have downloaded BLES v 1.0 for testing and data files can be shown in PS3. But BLAS v1.0 cannot. Files seem empty or damage.

      BLAS v 1.0 is OK now. But BLAS v 1.1 got the same problem...files damage! Could you replace v 1.1 - v 1.6 accordingly? I know you are working hard on v 1.8. Sorry to keep you busy mate.

    I can use your option file already, but now i'm updated till version 1.5 but when I checked the edit player, there have alternated player lists and all players have the same face for example Phil jone, wilsher have same face. Can you tell me how to fix them. And also all Germany teams players have the same face

      Copy v1.6 & see if that fixes it, if it doesn't then you will need to go to each of those players in edit mode & default their face & hair. It may be a issue with the files being converted, but I doubt it as no one else has mentioned it ;)

    Hey Paul

    A bit of an offtopic question maybe, but I'm currently playing PES 2013 again with the latest version of your option file, and noticed that you've added Klashman tactics for all teams except for Barcelona and Real Madrid. Have you done that on purpose (for example because they are too easy to beat with Klashman's tactics)? Or have the tactics been set to default by accident (in which case I can just edit them manually)?

      Hi Pieter, I did have them included at one point, but quite a few people complained about them so I defaulted them. You can of course edit them manually ;)

    HI PAUL, I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT PES13, IN THE EUROPA LEAGUE WE CAN SEE OTHER TEAMS AND PLAYERS BUT WE CA NOT EDIT THEM, FOR EXAMPLE I WANTED TO BRING MOHAMMED SALAH TO CHELSEA FROM BASEL, BUT YOU CAN'T FIND THE TEAM OR THE PLAYER ON EDIT MODE, HOWEVER IF YOU PLAY EUROPA LEAGUE YOU CAN SEE BASEL AND THEIR PLAYERS THERE, IS THERE ANY WAY OF REPLACING SOME CURRENT CHAMPIONS LEAGUE TEAMS WITH EUROPA ONES? IS THERE ANYWAY OF GETTING HOLD OF EUROPA LEAGUE TEAMS PLAYERS, THANKS MATE

      Hi mate, to edit the hidden teams you need to use the w!LD editor. You can transfer Salah though by going to Chelsea, then add, then choose Egypt & he will appear in that list ;)
