Some News

Hi guys, I hope you are all enjoying v1.3, I thought I would update you all with a little news. Mediafire still seems to be slow downloading, I will check again in the morning as it will only be a temporary thing. Please don't upload my file to other sites as I like to track downloads and where people are downloading from so I can cater my OF to users.

I have uploaded full BLES and BLUS files containing all the files from v1.0-1.3, links are on the downloads page for people who are new to the file or dont have each version. If you are up to date there is nothing new so no need to download.

I have been busy editing again today, I have a day home alone on Saturday so v1.4 could be out on Saturday night (no guarantees) with more kits & Bundesliga player appearances.

I have seen rumors that the next Data Pack is currently in testing, this usually takes 2 weeks so hopefully it isn't too far away. The post I read said that it contains 700 new player faces, although I think it may be less than that.

Finally I have disabled comments on all pages except the main page to make it easier for me to respond to any questions.

    Paul, very nice job on this, I downloaded the full file 1.3 and I've noticed that not the full kit loads (small details and sponsors are left out) and I gave it time to load. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

    What seems to happen is for example the Sporting CP kit doesn't have the puma logo or "MEO" sponsor as it appears. I thought it was weird too. Just many kits are missing small details too

      Copy the file again mate, what can happen when copying lots of files is some get skipped. When you access your USB drive on your PS3 make sure all the icons have stopped spinning before selecting them all & copying ;)

    No, the thing I find weird is that the kits are there, but the details on them are not. Like for example the sporting CP goalkeeper kit is just a yellow shirt, but it is not it has other grey designs in it you know what I mean?

      Yeah it is because you don't have all the files on your PS3 mate, the base of the kit is part of the editdata so it will show some detail, but the rest of the kit is a individual file. Check your PS3, you should have 338 files, for PES 2014 plus any save games & your system data ;)

    Hi Paul,

    just want to ask all the emblem ILS (Indonesian league club) already fixed but the players and the names of it are not, is it my PS3 error or you haven't change it all?

      Once the Championship teams are done I will start on the Liga MX & ISL teams, will take a few weeks after the DLC ;)

    Paul I've tried the whole process again. It does the same thing! Are you sure there's not something that you're not missing? Maybe the full file isn't working properly? Because NO team loads the full kit, just the base, and if you try to load it manually for each it says load failed. Any ideas?

      yet another fool that does not read, try letting all the files load before copying them over, paul is not here to spoon feed you please feed yourself brother or suffer cause it works for everyone except you so where do you think the problem lies?

      It could be a issue with the full file, although no one else has said they have a problem. You could try copying the individual updates in order instead & see if that fixes the issue mate. Let me know if it does ;)

      Cheers mate, I can't do anything about the commentary. I'm going to look into chants, in previous years they were stored as separate files so couldn't been added easily to a OF so I didn't bother with them. I'm not sure if it is different this year as I haven't had time to check, but I will take a look over the weekend to see how they work this year ;)

    Couldn't be bothered signing in via any log in but just want to say, over the years I have always done my own editing on PES and this year I thought I've had enough.

    Deciding to use someone elses work was a decision I didnt take lightly but I am so happy I did. Your OF is absolutely sublime. Keep up the fantastic work. It really is appreciated.

    Hi Paul just letting you know that I solved my issue. I downloaded each of the files one by one and put them together instead of using the "full" file. The full one didn't load the details that are separate. Maybe advise others I guess. But it is a great file thank you so much :)

    Hey Paul, I may have missed something and forgive me if you already addressed this, but I have the full 1.00-1.03 download (which works fine so far) but the Bundesliga kits are missing sponsors/logos etc. Is it supposed to be this way? Just want to make sure I did everything right.

      I tried it again, still same result. The premier league kits look great, for some reason bundesliga, Mexican league, ISL and the others did not come through.

      Liga MX & ISL kits aren't done yet. Check your PS3 & tell me how many save files you have for PES 2014 mate

      hey paul, I have 337 files. The bundesliga kits are there in the files i can see them, they just aren't being applied in game. When I copied the files i did them all at once, do you think I should copy them individually? Thanks.

    Hi paul, many thanks for providing a wonderful OF for us to enjoy. I noticed that some bpl kits hv logos overlapping the number on the shorts. Some black shorts even hv black coloured numbers in them, making it hard to see. Pls make the necessary changes. Many thanks once again.

    (e.g. Napoli) are missing some players from the current squad (Higuain).
    Will you be able to put them in, in a future update?

      It's going well mate. No time as yet, I'm going out in a bit, then will continue editing when I get back. I have about 20 or so more faces I wan't to add before I release it. Then I need to convert it to BLUS & upload, will be sometime today though (Australian time).
